Product provided by Monster Totes. Delivery, pickup, and customer service provided by T Square Movers. All payments and customer information are processed and managed by T Square Movers, and information is shared between both companies to fulfill services.
Customer agrees to the Terms of the following provision of the Monster Totes Terms and Conditions set forth upon this page and acknowledges that he/she has care, custody and control of the Monster Totes while the Monster Totes are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the Monster Totes. If the Monster Totes are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession, the Customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Monster Totes. The retail value of the Monster Totes is $25.00 per tote.
Customer acknowledges that he/she has care, custody and control of the Monster Wheels while the Monster Wheels are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the Monster Wheels. If the Monster Wheels are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Monster Wheels. The retail value of the Monster Wheels is $25.00 per set of wheels.
Customer acknowledges that he/she has sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for delivery and pick-up of the Monster Totes. T Square Movers provides delivery and pick-up services on behalf of Monster Totes. If the customer does not give 24-hour notice to reschedule appointments, there may be additional delivery or cancellation fees applied in the amount of $25.00.
Customer acknowledges that he/she has sole responsibility to have the Monster Totes & Monster Wheels returned by the agreed upon date. For each additional day that Monster Totes are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.25 per day per Monster Tote. If the Monster Totes are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the Monster Totes and will be charged the full retail value of the Monster Totes at a rate of $25.00 per Monster Tote. If the Monster Wheels are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the Monster Wheels and will be charged the full retail value of the Monster Wheels at a rate of $25.00 each.
Customer acknowledges that if they sublease or assign any of the above items to a third party, they will be invoiced according to the above terms and conditions and that payment will be due according to the terms of their account with Monster Totes.
Customers acknowledge that their credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Customer acknowledges and authorizes T Square Movers to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions on behalf of Monster Totes.
Liability and Indemnity.
The Customer shall be liable for all damage arising from equipment rental use, misuse or negligence of Customer, including any accidents to persons or property arising thereof. Customer covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Monster Totes free from any and all claims, actions, suits, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the rented equipment and/or its complimentary tools or attachments. This includes, without limitations, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession or use of the rented equipment.
Privacy & Data Handling
Monster Totes recognizes that your privacy is important to you. Your privacy is also important to us. This Privacy Policy and Agreement (“Privacy Policy”) will tell you what information we collect about you and your use of our Web Site, how we use that information, and how we share it with others. Whenever this Privacy Policy refers to “we”, “our”, or “us”, it is referring to this Web Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy.
